Success: A Gradient

Image
What is Success?  Success is something that we all crave for, at some moments of our lives. Craving an achievement in a particular field is what success mean to us. While picturizing success, all we can see is the final destination where we want to reach at the end and not the process which we have to follow.  Giving success, the limelight we may realize that success is not a single step process rather a gradient of all small steps. It can be observed as a gradient of colors blended into each other with no perfect boundaries. Same as in the case of success, we may move on to the different levels of a particular field and yet not realize how far we've came on our success gradient. By imagining success as a spectrum of color, we realize that, each new effort enhances the intensity of the color by small percentage. As we add up our efforts, we move to the more intense colors of our success gradient and thus making us shine brightly on our path. We are always fascinated with the color

Nostalgic Verses : A Rhyme of Innocence

In a world of grown-up strife and stress, Let's embrace the child, oh, what a mess! Forget the worries, success and failures, Reignite the spirit of youthful adventures. In those long showers, let's sing with glee, Concerts for one, and the audience is me. Soap bubbles in the bath, floating high, Childish laughter reaches the sky. Beware the drain, it could swallow us whole, Avoiding it was the ultimate goal. Clipping our mouths with hairpins, oh dear, For no reason at all, isn't that clear? The moon, oh, it's made of cheese, they say, Believing it, we dreamt the night away. Staring to make things move with our will, Imagination running wild, never standing still. Poking holes in erasers, what a peculiar call, Why we did it, we can't explain at all. "Mom," we'd say to our teacher in surprise, Childhood antics, oh, what a prize! Wrapped in curtains, we'd pretend to be, Superheroes, pirates, or monkeys up a tree. Chips packets burst, noise loud and

Tough Roles, Silent Storms!!

Image
In a tough world, a man's story is told, With heavy expectations, a burden to hold.  Not just by money, their worth shouldn't be sold,  They're more than what traditions often unfold Men also have battles, they hide them away, Always being strong, their feelings they don't display. Crying seems like weakness, in life's tough array, But beneath their strong exterior, emotions might play. To be a father, brother, and husband strong,  In their hearts, they know where they belong.  For respect and love, they quietly stand,  In the struggle to prove, they're a caring hand. In a world of silent battles fought,  Where tears are hidden, lessons taught. Men strive for love, for family's good,  In misunderstood roles, their strength withstood. Invisible battles, they silently wage, A role well-played at every life's stage.  Resilient hearts, enduring and strong, Men prove their love in actions all along.   In a world where women are praised and adored,  Let's

The Night

Image
The night carries, all those scars, left by the day, all those wounds, not yet healed, all those retained whispers, filled with joy, all those favours,  that gave a chance, all those regrets, of the missed chances, all those sacrifices, done for good, all those stars, that change their way, and all those hopes, for a new day...

Our lives are like a beautiful woven cloth made of feelings. Each thread represents a different part of who we are. The energy and aliveness of everything around us depend on how connected we are to one another. The way we care about certain people or things affects how open-minded and aware we are. When we care about something, we come alive. Without having a special connection, life can feel empty. To be alive means to have a purpose or something that drives us.  But it's important to understand that being interested in something doesn't mean we should ignore the good and bad parts of it. Before we make decisions, we need to think about both the positive and negative sides. It's like looking closely at a precious gem to see its true value before deciding to keep it.
